Form Builder

Layout your forms in a clean and intuitive environment. Form elements such as text boxes, dates, drop-downs, images, attachments, multi-selects, check boxes, URL links, and labels can have default properties that are easily modified to meet your needs. In addition, each element has a set of advanced capabilities such as data pre-population, calculation, validation, hiding, special formatting, and edit-ability.

The Portal
